Grade this 49D Washington pulled from an old album

What's your opinion on the grade of this Washington quarter I recently pulled from an old album.

By the way, the Whitman album had a space for a 49S quarter printed in it.

    uncirculated but no luster showing.
    looks to have been cleaned in some way.

    looks like it can use some acetone
    Family, kids, coins, sports (playing not watching), jet skiing, wakeboarding, Big Air....no one ever got hurt in the air....its the sudden stop that hurts. I hate Hurricane Sandy. I hate FEMA and i hate the blasted insurance companies.
