Is This coin in a genuine slab?

I recently bought this walkin half in an ebay auction. When I checked the cert verification number on pcgs, the number didn't match. It didn't cost too much, but I'm a little worried. Should I be, and does the slab look authentic?

Thats a real PCGS slab.

Hmm, comes up as a 1963-d in 64fl. The slab looks genuine so it must be some other kind of quality error.
