Hey Russ, does the reverse of this Kennedy make it not worth slabbing? The obverse appears to be DCAM but the reverse is weak cameo at best. what do you think? The picture is taken through thick plastic (capital type holder) and I don't think those spots are on the coin.

If the reverse isn't CAM despite a DCAM obverse it will not go CAM.
