<FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #c0c0c0">Does anyone here own one, or even has seen one. I never have and it has been bugging me for years.

Fred Vollmer, a big PS dealer from the old days told me that he had one, but I have never seen it.

I would appreciate any honest confirmation of the coin.

Thanx.

I firmly believe in numismatics as the world's greatest hobby, but recognize that this is a luxury and without collectors, we can all spend/melt our collections/inventories.

The big kahuna of the No S proofs. I check for them at every show, (along with the other No S's). Never seen one, of course, but if I did my trembling hands and quivering voice would probably alert the dealer as I was trying to buy it.

Mr Vollmer is very trustworthy in my experience. He used to handle lots of proof sets
until about five years ago. There are about 15 known '75 No-S dimes. He once mentioned
that he had gotten lots of the other No-S coins but I don't remember him talking of the '75.
