tough one. If Drew Bennett keeps up his unbelievable stretch then Volek will rack up some points. I've got Hassel in one of my leagues and he's had good numbers the last two weeks and I'm hoping for a third. He really turned it on in the second half last season so hopefully he can continue.

Volek to Bennett has been an unbelievable combination the past couple weeks...I'd say ride that wave, the Jets secondary has been nothing special lately.

Go for it...gotta ride those hot streaks while they last.

  • TENN-OAK has shootout (i.e. no D) written all over it ... Volek seems like the better play. Good luck!

    VoleK.

Ok my turn. I need to pick two backs from the bunch here:

    Onterio Smith
    Emmitt Smith
    Larry Johnson
    Brian Westbrook

What do you all think? Thanks.

  • I would not choose Emmitt Smith
    and Brian Westbrook.

    Aconte,
IMO I would definetly go with Westbrook, no competition there and play Larry Johnson even though he splits time with Blaylock he will get enough touches and has the skill to bust one off all the way.

Thank You I will need as much luck as possible as the guy in front of Me has Owens and Moss going.

Anybody out there FRUSTRATED as much as I am with this season?

The guy in first place in my league has gotten more FREAKIN points from waiver wire picks like Bree's, Droughns, Mush Mohamid, ect.. ect.. Not to mention the guy in second place has been riding Manning and his 43 TD's (and counting) also has gotten WAY more out of the BUS than anyone would have expected.
  • Blaylock's probably out (or at least will be very limited) this coming Sunday, so LJ and Westbrook are definitely the best bets ...

To answer joestalin's question about who is winning the CU yahoo league, that would be me.
Mostly thanks to having Drew Brees as my starter ALL year, except for the bye week of course. image

I'd also like to thank some of the 'little people' that made it all possible.
Folks like Julius Jones, Jason Witten, Eric Parker, and Nick Goings.
