PCGS FAST turnaround time! Believe it!

PCGS comes through again. Coins received 11/23. Grades posted today. This is the 4 freebies with annual membership. Pretty fast turnaround time. On the flip side, two other submissions sent in the same package are not done yet, but also not required to be done yet. The damaged coin is a crackout. It was PCGS AU55.

I've got an order through Teletrade submitted the second week of October. Teletrade hasn't gotten the coins back yet. Totally friggin' unbelievable. Wake up over there PCGS!!!!!

The way I understand it, the 4 pack freebies you get with Collectors Club memberships are supposed to be 21 days

I was expecting at least 21 days, but I sent in a 15-day crossover submission and a designation review and neither of those are done yet.

Do they have a different set of graders for the freebies? Why would the freebies be done before a 15-day submission?

No, not damaged from the crack out. I need to get the coins back to be sure, but I was thinking it might have a light cleaning. Only looked like it on one side. A dealer felt it would be worth sending in for regrade (it was in old green holder) and likely upgradeable. I felt that AU55 was a bit hard on it. I would have been happy with MS60. I'll do pictures when I get them back next week.

No they don't.....mine took over a month and a half I believe.
They aren't under a timeline to do them....I asked. If they are late, oh well, they were free they say.

My submission (4 freebies) # 3224492 is "in" right now.......... entered 12-2-04 (yeah, right....... I mailed it registered like Nov 18th)........ It's 4 "world" coins........... the clock ticketh..............

I believe it for freebies but when you send in your first economy submission you better believe us that it will take longer than that!
