ebay has bigger selection,ebay has more users,both buying and selling.ebay is king.

I've never bought anything from yahoo. I often go there thinking I can get a deal but the stuff doesn't seem to go for any cheaper at least in my expirence.

I haven't bought anything on Yahoo either, but have a friend who deals there quite often and likes it better than eBay.

Ebay has far higher audience and far more selling there, but the fees are far higher for sellers. There is also far more competition for items offered.

Yahoo is much cheaper to use, has better features, an easier seller interface. They have fewer items offered, less competition for the buyers smart enough to bother looking.

They both have advantages and they both have disadvantages. As a buyer or seller I would use both. No law against it, and it's smart to explore all avenues.

I always check both sites when I have the spare cash. I've gotten better coins at better prices on yahoo. Less competition! Lee

I looked at yahoo auctions a few years ago, but I got the sense that it was more perilous than eBay, if you can believe that.
