Thanks for the link; I just got the letter yesterday. What irks me is that it is one thing to raise rates and
change minimums, but how about raising the ceiling on economy from $300 max to say, $500??

I also resent the statement that "We have also increased minimum submission quantity...this will enable us to speed
up proccesing, as handling large number of small orders is extremely time consuming."

What? Don't those large orders (rolls, bags, etc..) slow things down for the rest of us??? Please!!!!
