I need some info on PCGS & NGC slab ages!

I received a Morgan in a old NGC holder with just a white label on front of the holder without and logo or barcode. Just wondered how old it was.
Also found out that Conder101 putr together a book on the ages of slabs. Where could I buy a copy???
