Before I begin, I must make the following disclaimer: NEITHER COIN IN THIS THREAD IS FOR SALE.
I am mad! I submitted an 1866 Seated Dollar and an 1876 Trade Dollar to PCGS and I just received both of them back in a body bag. They didn't even give a specific reason why either coin was bagged. The bag tag just said "damaged". I kind of thought that the 1866 would get bagged for a light cleaning, but the 1876 is flawless, although only a VF-20 coin at best.
Do any of you dollar specialists have an idea as to why PCGS bagged these? Thanks in advance.

Do I laugh when you guys get body bags? No! This is not funny. I really need help with this issue. Does anyone have David Hall's phone number?

Would be a cool registry idea. I would name mine the "Porta-Potty Dollar collection"

Those look perfectly fine to me !!
Yeah, every trade dollar I have seen has lady Liberty seated on the pot.

Spoke to David Hall, personally.
Said he believes they are fake because back then women lifted their nightgown up past the waist area and held onto the gown when sitting" on the pot". He will review them again though, but outlook looks bleak.
