1941 Clip Damage, AU details Net EF-45 - one small mark on the obverse and I am suprised they net graded it.

Here is the 1941. Sorry for the blury pic but there is one really small black mark above the date. That must be the "damage"

Thanks I guess that must be the "damage" - unless that is moved metal or something by Lincolns nose? Hard to say from the scan - could be a spot or nothing at all. The alloy seems uneven from the color as scanned - that mark you is part of the coins color yes?

I've always been mildly surprised though ANACS doesn't list the percentage of off-center like PCGS and NGC (and, others?) do.
Wheatback copper errors rate high on the cool scale.
