i have come to expect assigned grade minus one point when i buy Proof Jeffersons holdered by NGC and imagine them in PCGS holders. the designation seems to hold, just not the numerical grade. of course it's always the same coin, so if i think it's nice i don't really care. it's a question for the ages, though...........
