It's only because I shipped off an economy submission this morning.

I decided to wait till after FUN before I send in anything. I'm holding up all my finds till then. I'll probably have around 30-40 at that point.
  • Hey Russ, I sent mine off today too. lol. It's funny how they can sense a wave of coins coming at them. But I suspect that HSN has sent in an order. Ya reckon?

For $5000, I'd want to pick the grade that they'd slab it as.... man, wouldnt that wreck the market!

For $5000 the pizza better be delivered by a beautiful 4 ft tall blonde with a flat head.

Two or three holidays thrown in, the FUN show, MLK day and Kwanzaa as a good excuse...they have the better part of an entire month to count as down days.

Oh...I'm not sure whether they've tossed in Elvis' birthday as well, but it falls in that period of time.

Someone said in another thread that they usually get inundated with Silver Eagles just after the first of the year. I'm gonna try to get an economy order out this week, I'm afraid if I wait until after the first of the year, between the new eagles and FUN, the times will be even longer.

Here's a question, I sent in 3 submissions for the 15-day express. I am thinking their due date is something like Dec 21. If they are running late and it goes into FUN, are they going to count FUN days? It wasn't MY fault that they were running late. I fully understand Baltimore and their time commitments for that. I fully understand Christmas or any other holiday that they choose to celebrate. But if I paid the extra to have it graded before the holiday and before FUN, and assuming they aren't done by then, shouldn't PCGS be responsible for those days even though they are listed as blackout dates?

This is all assuming they are not done with my grades in time. PCGS has been very good to me in the past with 15-day service and I expect the same this time (even though CS rep told me they were running late).
