2000 Silver Eagle

I have two questions regarding this coin

1. Is there anyway to tell the difference between the two coins if they are not graded by either NGC or PCGS?
2. What is the approximate value of the 2000 Silver Eagle millenium coin?

    There is no way to tell the difference between the two. The Millennium silver eagle is known to have been minted at west point only by the certificate of authenticity on the set. The coin itself carries no mint mark just as the 2000 bullion silver eagle.

    I have no idea of the current value. Do a search of competed items on eBay to find out.
