a couple of questions about the grading garuntee - the coin in Q now pictured

Okay, just because I am really curious what the answer is (although I think I know) ...
I send in a coin and it comes back overgraded ... noticably so ... as in no f'n way is it that ... in a coffin ... you know what I mean ...
Anyway, what would happen if I sent it in for the grade garuntee? Would PCGS have to refund me the difference or find me one of that grade, or would they look at me silly and laugh, because I submitted it?
I would think I can not be the first to have thought of the implications of this ...
Okay, so that being a stupid question ... here's one more suitable. Do people buy "coffins" just for this reason?

“We are only their care-takers,” he posed, “if we take good care of them, then centuries from now they may still be here … ”

Refer to the section of that sentence that begins after the comma.

Yes.

Apparently not, unless maybe it's a "mechanical error".

How do you know it's overgraded?

What is it currently graded? I got a PR 67 DCAM but it was graded 70 DCAM. There is a big diff in price for a modern proof Jeff...

Because it's red/brown.
The coin has an interesting struck through grease error on the reverse, but that is not the area where the grade is off (IMO). I bought the coin raw from a local dealer as the grade I think it is in early 2001, and submitted it with several others in mid 2003.
And since I opened a can of worms, what do you think she grades?
I really shouldn't mind (actually I don't mind much because someone will probably pay better money for it now if I decide to sell), but it spurred a question that had been running around in my mind. Thanks for everyone's input.
