    If you don't wait until the last 20-30 seconds of an auction or have a proxy to bid the last second you don't want an item too much, that is unless you want to pay more. I've never got a bargin by bidding my max before a few seconds before closing. Live and Learn........

    Why would you buy modern proofs in roll form? What have you been drinking and where can I get some?

    Be happy you were beat -- you don't want 2004 proofs coming from a roll.

    I don't know, I remember when I brought 5 rolls of proof nickels from 60-64 for $5 a roll. It depends on the price and a single for .49 with shipping can make you a very good profit on ebay.
