Lee: It's really tough to try and guess the grade based on the photos that you are displaying.

Can you take some additional photos with more light reflecting off of the coin to give us a bit more to work with?

I agree with cameron--when the fields and devices reflect the same thing, I'd have to vote cleaned/polished.

The first two looked cleaned to me as well..... the last one doesn't look as suspicious as the first two- but I wouldn't want to venture a guess as to grade with the photos as they are.....

  • very odd photos - scan would be preferable or straight on shots
  • Look a bit shiny to me, as in cleaned.

just my opinion and I'm new to the game.

Photos are no help in grading; they make the coins look cleaned/polished.
    When in doubt, don't.

I hope it is just the poor photo setup, but those photos make them look cleaned. No luster shows... just sheen. Do they look like that in person?

  • These look heavily dipped or cleaned. If this is an Ebay auction, pass.
  • yea, they do look a little dipped out.image

Lee, I think you're setting yourself up for trouble and disappointment in considering and/or buying a number of the (apparently uncertified) coins you have posted in various threads here recently.

Edited to add: I believe that no-grades are FAR more likely than MS65's (or even lower grades).

I agree, the photo's are useless in trying to determine if it will 5, but IMO, I see enough from the photo's as is to indicate to me that you will be 0 for three if these are submitted for Ms-65??
