This guys doesn't understand trademark rules. He cannot sell coins using NGC or PCGS on the slabs. He will be slapped with a huge fine. Offcourse, NGC and PCGS have to send a cease and desist order to him first. It is not all humor in the business world.
Also the consumer is protected by 7 day return policy by law. He is charging sales tax yada yada and doesn't even know the basics of business.

That's probably true... but he crossed the line when he used the acronyms. At that point, it's infringement.
New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

Copyright and trademarks are two different things. If NGC is just a copyright, he can change it to what ever he wants. But those are trademarks - NGC and PCGS. He cannot use those to sell any coins. That is the law.
He can however sell undergarments or sea shells using NGC and PCGS trademarks.

I think this guy knows exactly what he is doing. I appears he is purposefully stirring up trouble because he is either nuts or is bored. He probably does this and then lurks on the forum to see what kind of reaction it gets.

This is turning into "Twilight Zone" stuff. I'd like to hear 100proof57 (aka Crazy Molly)'s version of this story!! The way the seller puts this long-winded account of events in an Ebay listing is really bizarre!!
1) No complaints: Winners who are not satisfied with the transaction are barred from filing a complaint before, during or after requesting a refund.
2) No negative feedback: a negative feedback shall sever any and all business relationship with the person leaving said feedback.a person who leaves a negative must do so with the knowledge that it will nullify any guarantees from 2centsin
3) Positive feedback: must be given upon agreement that the items shall be accepted for return and a full refund will be made. In no event shall funds be remitted prior to the posting of a positive feedback.
