How do you cancel an ebay bidder?? Cancelled!

I have a bidder who has two non payments in the past month! Each time I click on the link to cancel bids, I end up with an error message! Anyone know what's wrong?

On occasion I have to "Disable" my Firewall to get things to work. Have you tried that? Lee

Are you asking how to cancel a bidder on a current auction or for all future auctions?

Follow the link on this page to cancel his bids. Then go to your blocked bidder list and add him. Finally, go to My Ebay and go to your seller preferences, and select the options to block anyone with -1 or less feedback, and buyers with two unpaid item strikes in the last thirty days.

Do you get to the page to enter the item # and user name you are trying to cancel?

What browser and version are you using? If you use internet Explorer, click on the help menu and select about to find out.

There is something I believe wher eyou can just block them, I believe its an area where you can just check off block certain bidder. I don't know if that's what your talking about or how to get there though.

Thanks to all for their help! I finally was able to get thru to live help and they helped me to download Netscape. I did that and just went and blocked the guy!
