Can we drop a bomb on their house and just be done with it, or do we have to go through the motions and sound the trumpets to summons the passe?

    Truly disgusting. image

Someone should report them as disreputable to E-Bay for misrepresenting their coins using the PCGS name and the DM designation.

That listing is a very misleading disgrace!! imageimage

  • What I can see of that Morgan looks pretty shiny. Why, it wouldn't even need any polishing at all. I can save my dremel with the buffer wheel for a more needy coin. image

That funny seller says he has the least humor of the brothers. I am not so sure about that. I found the creative definition of PCGS (Prooflike Coin in Generic Slab) absolutely hilarious!
  • Geez !! Ebay should just put the link for reporting violations on every auction page.

to me this looks like Copyright infringment and keyword spamming all rolled into one.

    image
  • Not only is that keyword spamming but I believe that refund policy would be considered feedback extortion, telling people the only way they can get a refund is by not giving him negative feedback before, during or after the refund process.

    Geez is right!image

It seems the bigger the Press release required,

    the more questionable the coin.

Has anyone reported this dickhead to HRH or Sleazebay?
  • I checked and it seemed this seller had three total auctions using PCGS in the title. Someone informed eBay of these auctions with brand name misuse and now the auctions are no longer there.image

  • Well, this coin is back as of two hours ago. The way they switch from brother to father to brother, and announce it (what if this is one, sick, person?) as if anyone cares, reminds me of that Monty Python bit, where at the end, with the BBC logo up, the announcer loses it, and his wife and friends console him and announce their names off camera: "this is Jo-Jams..."image

  • One of the coins is back but the listing title has been changed to XXXX where the offending name brand was. Of course, they added their little commentary to the listing.image
