Some PARTS of this coin are quite attractive, especially the most of the reverse. (Why do you think this guy goes to the trouble to highlight the miner's pan?) But I would not give $100 for the obverse. It crosses over the line to "damaged" by the environment IMO.

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
