Speaking of Dolly--I think the Mint needs to design a coin with Dolly Parton for a lifetime achievment award or something like that. Hopefully, all of her would fit on it.

Other coins should be desgined for Elvis, the Beatles, etc.

Extremely high relief! Maybe they could do the date in Roman numerals. If they're worried about space (with Dolly, you might NEED to worry), do it next year -- MMV.

Well I'll add my new purchase to this thread also I'll admit I'm not one for quarters but this one for some reason knew how to talk to me in just the right way No seriously I really liked the bluish toning around the perimiter and for 9 dollars I thought I could dig pretty deep in my shallow pockets for it.

Anyone else like it?

If they ever did a coin of Dolly Parton, it would be a three year run......one for the obv of her face and one year each for each of her ****!!!!!!!!

None of the grading services would take the latter two.........it would require domed slabs and wouldn't fit in any holders they have!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
