image Quite a few folks here talk alot about Buy the Coin, Not The Holder. Most of my coins are in PCGS, NGC, and ANACS holders. But, I have some coins certified by PCC, PCI, NTC, and MCCS. Don't just disregard these coins because of the holder their in. But be aware each grading service has different standards. If I have a question about a particular coin I post a picture here and ask for recommendations of others more knowledgable than I am. That's why this is "The Best" coin forum anywhere! Just my 2 cents. Lee

PCC stands for Premier Certified Coins,
In my opinion they are a buy your own grade slabber.
All I have seen is Modern low value coins all seem to
be graded Proof 70. Some with cameo some without.
I did purchases a group of these from a collector
and I USE THEM AS TO WHAT TO AVOID.
    Just my two cents worth.
