Submitting State Quarters to PCGS (PR69DCAM)

For those of you who have experience in submitting proof state quarters to PCGS, I need some advice. I have an extra 2004 Silver 5-coin SQ Proof Set that I am considering sending in for grading (in flag holders of course). Each coin in the set - to the eye- looks incredible, haze free, frosty, deep cameo, yada, yada, yada. What are the odds of me sending in this proof set and each of them coming back PR69DCAM??? I am building a set of silver PR69DCAMS right now (usually buying one year/set of 5 at a time) and I would only have to spend about $70 (shipping included) to have these 5 2004 proofs graded by PCGS. But, it won't be worth it if I get say....4 69DCAMS and 1 68DCAM back. In that case I would have been better off just buying a complete set for $75-$85. I know many of you will say "just keep buying the complete sets"...but I would like to hear what other's experiences have been with submitting proof state quarters....ratios, etc.
Thanks a million!
Toby
P.S. Still looking to purchase PQ++++ silver year sets for 1999, 2001,2002 & 2003 (in flag holders ONLY)

Odds are excellent. The vast majority of these submitted grade PR69DCAM.

What Russ said is right on the money. You can also send them in still in the mint package, iifyou want, and PCGS will remove them for grading.
I sent in a set of 2003 Silver's to NGC and they came back 2-69Ucam,2-70 Ucam and 1-68 Ucam , go figure.

I usually have to submit two sets to make one set of 69's because they always like to give me a 68 - but sometimes I wind up with two sets of 69's
