trobles with a seller

do anyone at the forum know anything about Gary Sweet at
Sweet Collectibles.COM ,
i have a order with him for the first time.and its been 17 day now and i still don't have my items.(10 -1971 mints sets & 20 -1972 mint sets)
he says that no one has that manys sets(he did not tell me that when i order them)
and that he had to get some of them from some one too.
dose this sound right to you???????

He is not much of a dealer. Those sets are easy to get for any real dealer and I know a guy who keeps at least that many in stock at all times and can get that many more in 2-3 days.

If he gives you a refund, look me up if you need 1974,75,76,77 mint sets. I have many many and little little space for them. This is not an offer to sell (don't want the forum members to gripe about sale offers in the forum) this is an offer to help you round up some mint sets from an ANA life member who doesn't collect mint sets but has seventy of them that are in the way.

If you've paid him that's really wrong. Demand your money back. It's funny I recognise the name but it was a while ago and can't place the problem.

i try to calling him all day yesterday.never got thur.i use both phone# too.
so i just file a case on him at paypal.
maybe now i will be able to get thur to him.or he mite even email me back!!

I've dealt with him and don't think you need to worry about your money. He will either deliver your sets or refund your money. It sounds like he didn't have them in stock and his usual wholesalers are probably out.

OK THANK FOR THE INFO.
this was the first time ,i got anything from him.and he did not email me back or take any of my phone calls..i got a little scare.
i will stop the case on him ,when my items get here.
i am glad to here he not a rip off seller.
