Nice proof indian. Cam is tough to tell from a pic. Seems more related to mirrors than frost from what I've seen. That's a nice looking coin. Looks like good mirrors.

I believe what is keeping it from an upgrade is the reverse. I love this coin

One thing that for sure has kept it from an upgrade is the fact that it has been in my safety deposit box for the last 12 years.

Dennis mentioned that he wanted a proof IHC so I told him I would check my set for duplicates and this was one of the coins that I pulled. I have kind of forgotten about my proof IHC set and when I looked through them for dupes I was surprised to see that more than half were in old "rattler" holders and the balance were all green tags. I guess that tells you how long it has been since I added anything to the set.

The set looks unbalanced and funky with the drastic difference between the holders.

i would have said pr65 also, cam obv.
possible upgrader,especially at another tpg service.
someday it could go 66, who knows.

The great part about RB is that PCGS will not cameo a RB and you can get a superior coin for a RB price.

i THINK rb PROOFS ARE THE PRETTIEST ONES OUT THERE. aS NOTED, THEY ARE REASONABLY PRICED.
