Error coin? Lincoln cent collectors!

Here it is. The date either looks like a 1961 or 1964. It is about 4 times thinner then a normal cent and sounds like tin or a cheap metal when dropped on a wood counter. It looks like a really weak strike on the metal since it was so thin and not acid enduced. The design is raised on both sides and does not appear to be a impression from a normal coin. I don't have a scale to weight it right now but can by tomorrow. Any ideas?
