Just read the annual report. PCGS anticipates frading 1,241,000 coin in 2004. At that rate, the 20-millionth coin will be graded in about 8 years - 2012. Took 18 years for the first 10-mil.
What do you want to bet it will be a classic rarity.....

Yeah, PCGS will get to the coins before they leave mint and you'll be spending slabs by 2012.
No worries, if there's ever a plastic shortage I'll just turn in all the plastic from my crackouts
