Casino Chips and grading

So I wasn't sure exactly where to post this question, so I apologize ahead of time if this is not the correct area.

Is there a Grading Service that grades Casino/Poker Chips?

Is there a Price guide that covers Casino/Poker Chips?

I am looking for something that would cover older chips/tokens That were a percentage Silver, to newer Clay Chips on both accounts.

I've seen NGC encapsulate Casino chips before, not really sure if they offer a grading service on them or whatnot, though. Would be a good place to start, though.

on the Poker Chips, Do they use a standard 70 point scale?

Theres a place in Vegas called Gambler's Emporium, You might have to call by phone, but if it has to do with gambling they will know about and they will have it. if it's out there. It's the size of K-Mart.
