Sounds like a few guys here defending another guy. It's very obvious he did it.
I don't know if he did or didn't. I just know that if I was an innocent defendent [and there are plenty of those], that I'd prefer a higher standard of beyond a reasonable doubt!

Seems like he did to me, too. But with all the jury shenanigans, especially with a potential death sentence on the line, I have to say (unfortunately) that I think there's strong grounds for an appeal.

I think there was due reason for those jurors being released.
