Crossover Or Sell In Current Slab

I'm considering selling a few coins similar to the ones below. Are they worth a crossover attempt at PCGS or NGC or sell as is? My personal thoughts are that I would make more if in a PCGS or NGC Slab regardless or grade. Of course I have more knowledge now and do not buy coins like this any more unless the price is right. Thanks for your comments, positive or negative, as I'm sure I'll get both!

But I'm sure most of us have made some mistakes early in our Coin Collecting lives that we have learned to live with. Thanks, Lee

  • They will never cross over at that grade or even lower. Sell as is.

The quarter is probably PR-68DCAM and the half PR-66CAM if you are lucky.

For these modern coins, don't waste your $$$ on cross-over.

  • Always try to cross 19th Century coins, never bother with moderns. The rest are case-by-case.
