1962 Lincoln Proof

Would someone help me with a coin grade. I have a 62 proof Lincoln in MS69+ DCAM state. It was graded many years ago. The problem is, it has started getting some VERY small BLACK tic marks on the front and back. Only two can be seen without a loop. Is this going to bring down the over all grade? Thanks in advance!

Black spots will keep any coin away from the PR-69DCAM grade, especially earlier dates like that one. Do you have a picture?
