PCGS no longer sending e-mail when order arrives?

Was beginning to worry that my packages had gotten lost since I hadn't recieved the "order recieved" e-mail from PCGS but I when checked the submission status they had been entered. Anyone else no longer getting this e-mail?

I checked the PCGS submission Status and it showed nothing. Figured I'd let it sit for a couple of days.
On 10/27 I checked the USPS delivery status on line, it confirmed that the package had been delivered on 10/19 at 9:25 am. I checked the PCGS submission Status again and it still showed nothing. Checked my bank account and payment hadn't cleared yet.
So on 10/28 I sent an e-mail to PCGS listing the submittal number, the registered mail number and each coin in the submittal. Asking them to check into the status of the package. On 11/01 I got a reply from PCGS and an appology, the package had been recieved but had not been logged in.
So basically PCGS had my coins for 13 days before they logged in the submittal. From now on I will contact PCGS the day I get my return receipt card back, if the submittal number doesn't show up on the PCGS site.
Funny thing is I got better treatment when I was Silver level than I do now as a Platinum level
Yes they do. Got one two days ago.
Maybe this post wasen't real bright, what with my submissions still waiting to be logged in. I'm sorry I'm sorry, don't body bag me.
Here I was wondering if my walk-through submission had been received and it arrived back to me completed - through the process there were no emails confirming either log-in at PCGS, grade being in or shipment back to me.
and they're cold.

<< <i>I ran a scan a few days back on a package I sent in. It got there on the 28th. I havent received a notification via email about it. I guess things are busy right now.

Ditto for me. ? In fact, I sent two packages at the same time. One was received Oct.28. The other, which was for expedited service, was supposedly not received until Nov.2. Odd.
