Forget the PCI grade for a moment or two... what would you grade this Morgan as?

I agree, you'de think so... something along the lines of MS62'ish/MS63 with either PL or an outside stretch of DMPL... but here is the reality. Here's the truth. And here is why it's a minefield looking for these ProofLike Morgans. This one's been plated and artifically frosted to resemble a DMPL.

(Surprisingly, the faults of this Morgan are highlighted and even slightly exaggerated in the photos. It looks better in hand.)
