It's a Morrocan 1 Padudah minted in 1907 at Omar the Tent Maker's Mint. Looks to be in AU condition, however I would watch for AT due to camel spit.

According to Krause SCWC 2005:
Millieme - Used by Egypt and Libya

Millim - Sudan & Tunisia.

You don't have to know how to identify world coins but it helps. I sometimes just say thats not my sspecialty and refer them to someone who does world coins.
