Poll : How many sets have you destroyed for profit?

keets's thread on the coin and case made me think on how many sets I've destroyed for profit. Proof Sets, Mint Sets, Commemorative sets - broken up to get out a coin to slab for a profit.

How many original sets have you opened to get out one or two coins?

Nada. I horde, I don't sell (At least haven't sold as of yet). I figure if it's MS70 in the original packaging, it will stay that way if stored and handled properly in the original packaging. If I need a loose coin, I'll purchase it loose or pre-slabbed.

A few. I do it even when it's not for profit. I cut up and remove the coins from every 1964 proof set I buy, whether I'm submitting them or not.

I broke up two 1999-S Silver Proof Sets as soon a I got them to put the silvers in an album for a toning project. Threw the rest in my change jar. I wish I hadn't done that.

On the flip side, I have a nicely toned Roosie set in a Wayte Raymond album that I won't break up despite having received numerous lucrative offers to do so.
