Would PCGS grade this coin?

I've had this 1853 half for a long time, and just took it out of the safe deposit box a couple of weeks ago. It has obviously been cleaned, at least on the obverse. My first thought was that PCGS would not grade it all, but I don't have any experience with them, would like opinions from others that do have experience. P.S. Maybe some day I'll learn how to attach photos, but so far no luck .

It has been cleaned like you said and PCGS would bag it for cleaning.
