Poll: Grade the High Relief - update with ANACS opinion

Never been cleaned and no real luster but a nice steel color and good detail. I'm torn between two grades.

Looks like a solid VF-25 all day. Could go VF-30.

Thanks guys. I was thinking VF-30 but could see how some dealers would try to sell it as a XF-40.

Wow. Looks like a strong majority agreed with my pick. I guess my grading doesn't suck too much after all.

Tecnically its not a VF-30 due to feather wear but that's what I voted because its so original, has good detail for the date, and gee there's no noticable marks. It's worth AU money even with the wear and I wouldn't sell it for that myself!!! NICE!!

PutTogether-- I technically called it VF-25/30 but VALUED it as an AU-50. Illustrates the problem of "market grading" by TPGs

Looks like we are all wrong.

Just got it back from ANACS today. They said PVC contanimation and did not grade it????

Mine was VF20.

I've had success removing PVC residue with an acetone bath. Just be sure it's the pure stuff. By the way, nice coin!
