Got a negative from a deadbeat bidder

I gave a negative to a deadbeat bidder after he emailed me saying he could not pay for this item. image

Today I get a neg from him saying he paid and I had never sent the item. But I have his email offering to pay by Paypal (which he never did) and the one where he said he could not pay. Can I get this removed?

  • Don't sweat it, he has 3 negs and a neutral since Aug. He won't be around much longer. Your feedback speaks for itself. image

  • sounds like you have all the evidence to have it removed. I would just put a response to his neg saying - Lying Deadbeat Bidder posting retaliatory feedback is against eBay policy.
  • Just reply to his negative with the facts, short and sweet.

I just cannot believe you had all that intestinal fortitude to not go through those suckers.image
Sorry I am just too weak, I'd have to look.

Sorry to see you got negged. I checked all of the people who gave him negs/neutrals and every last one of them received a retalitory neg/netural.

I'm sure if you contact eBay and state your case, you can get it removed.
  • Removing a negative is not an easy thing, even if it's retaliatory. No big deal, it would have happened sooner or later,so welcome to the club. image

If you you post a LINK in your reply, and then have smobody report it to ebay,, they will pull it quickly as it is also against ebay policy. If you go through ebay process it will cost you money!
