Where they got "NGC MS-65" out of this one...

...is beyond me. They even entered an NGC 65 cert number with this one:

Polished PCI AU-58 = NGC MS-65?!?!

    Maybe they just put the wrong coin picture up and have the same date in NGC for sale.

    I don't know. The title seems goofy to me. Apparently this coin is both an NGC 65 and a (no service mentioned, of course) AU-58 (from PCI).
