Even if you aren't into "Darkside" coins much, you might find this appealing. Try buying an attractively toned modern US piece this cheaply, let alone one from the late 1700's!
Too bad I still don't have the skills to photograph it properly. The colors on the reverse really glow in the right lighting (much better than the picture would indicate), and the obverse has a few faint hints of color.

My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009.
