Isn't It a Shame that the U.S. Never Minted Capped Bust Dollars...

Have my fellow Silver Dollar collectors ever wondered how our collecting may have been altered if the U.S. ever minted Capped Bust Dollars during the same period that we minted Capped Bust Halves.

We are missing approx 32 years of Silver Dollars that were not minted during that time period... image

Just a deep thought...

    Stuart, actually, I wish they minted more Gobrecht (sp?) dollars. They are beautiful, but so scarce that only a select few can afford them.
