Cool die trial or more likely a fantasy piece. This coin sure recieved a huge upgrade since the June 2004 Long Beach sale where it was sporting a PCGS 64 cam slab!!!June 2004 sale
Since this is one of only 2-3 known I suppose the grade is not all that relevant as far as the coins value is concerned.
To me, the answer to Rick's question depends upon how Heritage treats other rarities like this one which it reoffers for sale. If Heritage typically makes reference to dates and prices realized, then not doing so here could be considered deceptive. Otherwise, probably not.
