Tough date to find decent. This one has a typical strike, showing weakness at the shoulder and corresponding obverse hair braid. Ron Pope (of Pope & Wexler fame) says this issue is very rare with a full strike. The strike can be so poor, in fact, that it may actually effect the numerical grade as far as TPG's and the market are concerned.
However, Lange's reference says that it's tough to find examples of this date with attractive toning, the balance of MS coins being dull or unattractively toned.
Though this coin grades IMO a MS64 or 65 at most, the strike is better than most and the toning is SWEET for the date. I would pay a premium for it, though probably not 65 money.

That is so sweet ... teens branch mints in MS, let alone with that toning, are hard to come by ... typical poor strike evidenced by the lack of detail on Buff's front leg, which could lead some to conclude it's AU.

I'll rough it & say 64.
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
Technically a 64 but add some points for toning...
66?
