PSA mechanical error

Sent back 2 cards to PSA because they forgot a variation on the label for one, and
the other one had the wrong player's name on it. Why does it take forever to get them back?
I called, and they still couldn't give me a concrete answer.
All I got was "umm, ahh, eerr....well, it's in the process".
I think these should be their first priority since they messed up in the first place, and to get it back to you
as quickly as possible (within a weeks would be nice). 2 cards going on 3 weeks for correction.

  • That's ridiculous.. If they can't even get the name of the player right how can you trust that they have the correct grade for the card?
  • Call me crazy but i am afraid PSA is going to either have to get their act together or go out of business. They have really got some issues to work out...
