I agree with John's assessment that your Barber Quarter appears from the photo to be an XF-AU coin, and is most likely not mint state.

It is a nice coin for an AU barber. It doesn't have the luster needed for an UNC. coin. I'd say it has maybe 10-15% luster. I have to agree with Coin Lieutenant and Stuart on this one as an AU.
