looks mint state. maybe try playing around with the "white balance" function of the camera.

Prolly more white in real life. DL the pict & do quick fix and it makes it more natural looking.
I'd say MS, maybe 63 or possibly 64. strike looks pretty sharp. Looks like a decent coin with no major marks, spots or problems except for the print @ star r-5 which is slightly distracting.
