Another PCGS location would be nice.

If they could find enough graders an east coast location would be cool. Everything would be twice as fast. Have they made any progress
on hiring graders? I remember hearing that was a problem at one point.

Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.

All PCGS needs to do is make sure they have staff attend a few more shows on the East Coast so that close to a once a month presence could be maintained. Do we need more than that?

By opening an office means really adding to the overhead costs. You would not believe how much!

  • better business to just increase the amount of employees at the office they already have. Coins are sent in by mail and overnight courier so what is the difference where they are delivered to?

So are you saying right now they are only half-fast? image

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

Wouldn't that lead to higher fees?

And adding a right hand to the left hand.

But remember, each time they go to a show the guaranteed turnaround clock stops. image
  • I wouldn't mind an east coast location, even if I have to drive a couple of hours to get to it.

  • PCGS doesn't let everyone know their location so they can drive and drop off coins. Same with NGC. If you gotta drive hours you will spend more on gas then it costs to mail it.
