Grading a proof coin from a photo is impossible. Hairlines or lack thereof are usually the deciding factor between PR63 and PR66, and they don't show up in photos.

Thank you all for you opinions I too think it's a 64 RB, but it's good to get other opinions.

Despite some people saying a proof coin cannot be graded by images we all got within a grade or two of what he thinks it grades
