I say it's NT. I have Morgans and Peace dollars that have similar patterns of gold and black toning on them that I know aren't AT because I dipped them when I first got them and all I have done to them since is put them into 2x2's and pack them up in a box and that damn butt ugly toning came right back.

Hi, wasn't there just a big post explaining that this means nothing at all? Didn't Frattlaw just do the post with the AT slabbed silver dollars (acetic acid and sulfur in a plastic bag..)?

100% NT (nice, too). Don't know about their grading opinion, however. Is it the old green holder, or the newer gold label?

<< <i>I bet that is a green label PCI holder and the label in the holder toned the coin >>
Actually, its a gold label, and I never considered the whole "label toning" possiblity. But I doubt it since the obverse isn't toned as well.
<< <i>I bet they graded it MS-64. >>
Nope I actually think they got this one right -- MS62. Though it could go MS63 IMHO hard to tell from these pics though.
